None of the above worked for me, my models internals also look a little different. Since I don't care about the pressure sensor and rather have a better battery i chose to cut one of the wires for the red led. Fixed the two parts with some tape and be done with it. Dirty but stops the red light flashing (forever) if your problem is constantly flashing while off.
