My laptop’s audio jack stopped working within a week of purchase. I live in a very isolated 3rd world country, therefore i have no access to repair shops, let alone Asus shops.
When i plug in headphone, it gives a notification to ask whether it’s a headset or speaker. When i play sound, there’s nothing, sometimes there’s very little but noticeable noise.
I have taken a look at the back and here’s a picture. I unplugged the connection from the board with audiojack in it and plugged it back in.
