EASY answer!  When you update the firmware on orbi, it messes up the brother wireless. No idea why but this works:

use a paper click and press the reset button on the back with a simple click. Don’t hold in. The lights will turn on. Then press the black sync button on orbi. Two minutes later it resets the DHCP and it’s back working.
