I recently replaced the touch screen on my Moto Z Play. The screen works, but only when the screen is lifted up away from the phone body. When I lower the screen to put it back together. The screen goes dark and the phone turns off. When I lift the screen back up, it turns back on and boots up. The screen works correctly when lifted and I can navigate the phone. The problem is happening with 2 different new screens. I also replaced the battery, which seems to be working fine.
