Ps3 won’t turn on after putting in new dvd drive

Testo:

So my ps3 won’t update because of a faulty dvd drive so I replaced it and now it won’t turn on but when I unplug the dvd drive it turns on. If I turn it on then insert the ribbon cable it turns off the ps3

PLZ HELP!!!
