How do you fix the game-slowing issue with mine?

Testo:

-My NES Classic has a strange problem. When the “CRT Filter“ is enabled, some of the games drop in playback speed, especially Ninja Gaiden. The display warps back-and-forth quickly, animation slows down, and the sound drops in speed and pitch. This even happens with the demo! This effect usually lasts for a small fraction of a second, but can last for more than three seconds during scenes in Ninja Gaiden where gameplay is not taking place, even over ten seconds occasionally. The effect does come in on occasion in other games like Super Mario Bros. games, but only for a small fraction of a second, a few frames’ time. Does anyone know what is going on here and have a fix for this? Thanks!

This is seen by the screen seeming to warp in one direction for a short period of time, or back-and-forth, which I know is how the effect is normally created. Does anyone know what is going on here and have a fix for this? Thanks!
