Qicycle control panel always detect "low battery" status

Hi, all,
I have found out that my Xiaomi Qicycle has a problem this morning as its control panel always shows “low battery” status, so, I can’t use the power assisted mode. I have check out the battery status, it still shows three dot level. Even I have charged it again until full charged.
Anyone here has experience with this problem? Could you share how did you troubleshoot this?
