Yamaha P45 won’t turn off and mutes sounds randomly.

-I have an Yamaha P45 digital piano and it’s not turning off when I hold he power button anymore, I have to unplug the adapter. Another thing is that after I start playing, after some minutes the sound stops playing. The power led is on, but no sound is played. This has been going on for quite some time and I haven’t found anything related on the internet, I even tried calling Yamaha but after over 30 minutes on hold I gave up. Any ideas?
