Telling from the position of the battery connector I’d say it is not possible to equip the 5G model with the 5000mAh of the Mate 20X. The connector of the Mate 20X is almost dead center whereas the 5G is towards the right without any slack on the battery cable. Not sure about the actual physical dimensions and the number of connector pins.
