I am getting an error message from Amazon about not enough bandwith

Testo:

-I have a new smart tv, Vizio, and unable to play Amazon Prime videos  & tv shows.  The error message I get is not enough bandwidth, does this sound correct?  I am with Comcast.  Also, I can’t play Nextflix, but when I talked to their customer service dept they said it is not a bandwidth issue, but has to do with the smart tvs and they have gotten many calls about it.  Not sure what to do. ???
