This was the final correspondence between Parrot and myself regarding my parrot bebop that never flew-

Hello Parrot thank you for the excellent technical support !  I received your trouble shooting document and followed it.  I also did some of my own troubleshooting, which included measuring the charge voltage on both batteries. Unfortunately nothing worked (Power light button only flashes green- no wifi connection- no fans- no power off-no reset-nothing else). According to your trouble shooting document along with Bebop forums on the internet the final solution was to send the Bebop back to your factory for additional refurbishment. The Ebay seller already has it back in their possession and has sent out a replacement Bebop to me. Once again I really would like to thank you for the excellent support and I look forward to my first Bebop flight with great anticipation : )
