It started acting strange over the last year - randomly turning on while the power switch was turned to the off position. Sometimes it wouldn’t turn on, other times it would.[br]

I figured it was the battery but reading a couple other posts led me to believe it was the connector board. Totally worth the ~80$ to get it and it was super easy to install. [br]

The microphone went out after a few years too, and since thats part of the connector board - it was fixed as well! Hurray!
Replacing the connector port fixed my issues:[br]
