I don’t think UV light will do it and a quick Google search indicates that common lens cleaning solutions, alcohol, and other obvious choices won’t work. If the fungus is only on the an exposed glass surface then hopefully you can clean it without disassembly, but take care the cleaning solution doesn’t seep further into the lens.
Otherwise, disassembly may be an option but reassembly is likely to take a LOT of patience. My guide [guide|35662] will give you an idea of what’s involved - Many compact camera lenses seem to be similar in construction.
