Suddenly, Horrible Problems with Microphone during Bluetooth Calls

I have a 2017 Toyota Corolla and I’ve noticed that my car is having problems during calls. If I make an outgoing call from my car to someone, they have a horrible time trying to hear me. But when I ask them to call me right back and I answer the call through the same car bluetooth system, everything is fine.[br]

Is there a way to reset the software and re-install it?
