Turn on loud "Burb" then no Sound

Testo:

I moved recently and my amp was in storage for several months (was suppose to be temperature controlled).

The amp is actually a Rogue 120 SC but though  you could help.

When I turn it on there is a loud "Blaap" and then no sound.

Is it possible the speakers (2X12)  are blown ?
