Why can not connect Laptop and mobile. (Unrecongnize)?

I suddenly can not connect with my Dell Laptop (Inspiron 15, 3000 series) and my mobile (Samsung Galaxy S6) by USB.  My laptop unrecognized my mobile device.

Before that time, Laptop window was automatically updated.

How can I solve this problem?
