There are two cameras on the mini 4, both located around the rear camera (see step 29 of this [guide|64626|guide|stepid=144250]). You may have damaged one of the flexes while removing the screen assembly. It could also be caused by some dust or lint clogging up the microphone holes in the housing so you should inspect those and clean as required.
