Insignia PCB getting overheated producing broken low quality audio.

Testo:

Disconnected the battery but still the pcb over heats and the audio is completely broken and is of low , poor quality. no issue with the bluetooth connectivity though.

Not sure what has to be done next ? is this repairable of should this be discarded.
