My camera doesn’t turn off when I switch it off

Testo:

Camera not switching off when I switch it off,display and camera function got stuck..I have to remove battery to switch it off

Some times it won’t turn on .i have to try multiple times to switch it on ,some time shutter closing  very frequent with one click
