Did anything happen to your iPad shortly before this issue appeared, such as drops, impacts, water or repair attempts?

The log shows lot's of BaseBand issues, specifically, temperature issues. These are logic board issue and I suspect that only a trip to a micro-soldering repair shop will be able to get to the root of this.
