No Sound, Overheating, Keeps Restart After Rear Camera Replacement

Hi Everyone,
I am facing the really hard problem with my Note 3 (n9005). I changed rear camera of my phone and camera lens on midframe. After replacement, I've seen that all process related to sound was not working. No sound on call, no sounds on music and videos (btw videos can't also display, I think it is also related to sound.), no mic. I mean external or internal speakers doesn't work. Also phone is overheating in seconds and heat comes from araound camera. Phone keeps restart in 1-2 minutes loops. And also, I noticed that when I try to do something related to sound (call, play video or music) on my phone, phone works extremely slow and freezing mostly and as I said any process need sound doesn't work. What I tried:
-checked new camera connection.
-checked all connections again
-replaced old camera back
-wipe cache/data, factory reset
I am experienced about this kind of replacement repair. I replaced my LCD digitizer before. My theory, maybe I did damage audio ic near camera and camera lens while replacing. But I don't know, continous restart and quick overheating confuse me. Any suggestions?
