It sounds like it could be a loose connection, loose component or perhaps a cracked solder joint. Below is a disassembly guide to get you inside the device. You can check connection/wires for damage and clean the connection using Qtip dampened with 90%+ Isopropyl Alcohol and reseat them securely. Use a magnifier and look for cracked/bad solder joints and for loose/damaged components. Reassemble and try.  Good luck. I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.
