Hello Adam,

The first thing you can do here is make sure your wifi is turned on. Click on the wifi icon on the task bar and make sure it is turned on.

Next, make sure you are connected to a network. Sometimes a network will need a password, so enter the password.

If you are are using a network cable, make sure the cable is plugged in to the wall and fully into the computer.
