After soldering a new thumbstick, im not getting full 100% signal.

I had a loose stick and found the module was broken, i desoldered and resoldered a new module but now moving the stick to the left or down doesnt go up to 100%, while up and right work perfectly, could this be a soldering issue or an issue with the replacement module?

I had a loose stick and found the module was broken, i desoldered and resoldered a new module but now moving the stick to the left or down doesnt go up to 100% while using a controller tester (they go to 83 and 90 respectively), while up and right work perfectly and reach 100% consistently, could this be a soldering issue or an issue with the replacement module?
