It's possible to switch the QHD sceen with a FHD?

I want to buy an XPS 13 but for me is very important to have a good battery life and also 16 gb of ram.

Without thinking about money, is possible to buy the FHD panel and switch the screens?

I don't know if the connector change or the touchscreen hardware still steal the battery juice ;-)

Can anyone provide some info?
