Where can I find the Chargeport?

Im having issues finding either the ports for Micro USB and HDMI so I can solder them. Where can I find the daughterboard that has them soldered on already. The micro USB, HDMI, headphone jack and power button are all together in the daughterboard. I have looked at my normal areas and cannot find them. any leads much appreciated. thanks. Part looks like this.
