Is it better to get the LCD/Touchscreen as one component or buy them as two different pieces? The reason I ask is because you can buy them cheaper as two different pieces. I've always bought them glued together but is the installation any more difficult then just installing them as one part?

With regards to repairing Samsung Galaxy Tab 4.7 tablets. 90% of the repairs tends to be replacing both the LCD and Touchscreen. Most of the time, I see others getting both already glued to each other which is the simpler way of replacing each. OTOH, you can also get both the LCD and Touchscreen as two separate pieces and for less money. My question is, since I usually get both glued to each other, is installing them individually any harder than having them already glued together and installing them that way? From what I find, its a lot less expensive doing it the latter way.
