Water damaged MacBook Air with screen flicker

Testo:

Hello everyone,

I am trying to repair my macbook air, which had become water damaged. Thankfully only a bit of waterliquid went through the vents of the macbook, and got to where the display connector area is on the motherboard. I took the macbook apart as soon as possible, and cleaned it with alchohol and let it dry.

The macbook works fine, no issues except now the screen flickers. The screen stays on, and you can faintly see things on the screen but the whole backlight randomly goes off. I am wondering what would I need to replace? Does it look like I will need a whole new display, or a LVDS cable, or maybe something to do with the logic board?

Here are some pics:

The water spill got through these vents:

The rest of the motherboard is fine, no liquid got there
