MacBook not booting up.

I have the above mentioned Macbook that was working fine. Over the weekend, I had it completely powered down and sitting on my bench. On Monday, I switched out the ram and hard drive, and hit the power button to boot it but it wouldn't respond. I've tried resetting the battery, etc... but the result is a dead Macbook. The 60 watt charger, while plugged in shows a very light green. It used to be really bright. Another thing I've tried is jumping the two pwr button pads near the fan on the logic board. Still won't turn on. If jumping the power button pads doesn't power it on, does that mean the logic board is dead? I have the MagSafe port on order to see if that will do the trick.

Thanks.
