Hi isopropyl would not harm your connectors or components at all unless you had power running through at the time. Any damage would have been from the glue or acetone. you would need to inspect the connectors and rest of the board closely with a magnifying glass for any glue or acetone residue. Acetone would definitely cause damage to the LCD connector our ribbon cable as it is not very plastic friendly. you may need a new front display. Hopefully its not an issue with the board.
