My Acer is not responding. When I went to turn it on it is stuck with the picture of a little robot with his belly open and a red triangle. in the left hand corner it is written Android system recovery <3e> acer Cloud / lost .GIR ... I have tried to put a paper clip in te top but nothing is working . I need help!! Susan
