JustI just replaced the headphone flap a few minutes ago - useago. Use a typical hair pinhairpin (the blade should be flat enough and narrow enough) and gently insert it on the hook side of the tap. Then gently wiggle the flap while you pullpull, and it should come out.

To insert the new taptap, use a pair of tweezers to grab the tap just about the hook. Push it down into the phone's slot but be gentle, otherwisegentle—otherwise, you might deform the tap. AndAnd, in it goes. The whole procedure took me maybe 5 minutes.
