Introduzione
The broken camera lens is a common complaint on the S20 line. Luckily, it's a simple fix. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE of trying to remove the lens under the silver lip. The lens rests inside the silver lip like a cup. Ensure you heat the area thoroughly with a blow dryer or heat gun. I used a blow dryer on medium heat and had very good results.

So you broke your glass, step one complete. Note: The lens is held on with adhesive so we will need to heat the area. A blow dryer will work or a heat gun will get the job done. If you have a puncture you can use some tweezers to begin pulling up the glass there. Please NOTE, look at the next step photo to see where the lens resides.

Once you have removed all glass, ensure there is no adhesive left on the silver plate where your new adhesive will go. I used alcohol wipes and my tweezers to ensure the area was adhesive free. Also, ensure there is no glass inside the cameras themselves when cleaning. I used an alcohol wipe to ensure it was clear. Red boxes show leftover glass.

It is wise at this point to power the device back on and test your camera to ensure it is clear of any debris before you apply adhesive and the new lens.

Apply adhesive. There are multiple lens kits available from Amazon/Ebay. I purchased one on Amazon that came with the lens, tools, alcohol wipes, adhesive and was very impressed. As you can see the adhesive was a perfect cutout for the S20. You could use your preferred mobile repair tape if you didn't get a lens with adhesive cutout.

Once you have the adhesive in place, it's time to apply the new lens. Luckily the silver "bowl" or "cup" the lens rests in helps line everything up for you. This was a very easy project and I would think most S20 phone owners with a little patience could do this repair easily.
