For many reasons this part may become damaged or you may need to remove it to access the inside. This Guide demonstrates how to do so.

As the device base is firmly clipped, insert two metal spudgers to gently release the first clips.

Continue releasing the last plastic clips with your hands taking care not to break any of the plastic elements attached to the base.

Conclusione

To reassemble the device, firmly press the cover into place until it clicks. The apple logo should have its bottom facing towards the ports.
