  • Slide a spudger under the front-facing camera to separate it form the adhesive securing it to the rear case.

  • There is conductive tape between the front camera ribbon cable and the headphone jack cable underneath. When replacing your front camera, apply pressure on the gold contacts to readhere these cables.

  • Remove the front-facing camera from the iPad.
