  • First, power off your laptop and unplug all cables and accessories. Then, place it upside down on a stable and flat surface.

  • Use the T5 Torx Screwdriver to remove the 12 screws on the bottom of the laptop. Once the screws are removed, lift off the bottom panel.

  • Locate the two rectangular RAM modules, left and right, in the middle of the motherboard.

  • Gently spread apart the latches on either side for the RAM module to pop up.
