Adhesive tip

  • Removing the screen involves using an opening pick and/or halberd spudger to separate the adhesive securing the screen to the frame.

  • As you slice through the adhesive, note the following:

  • The adhesive on the long edges of the iPad is about 4 mm wide. Avoid slicing deeper than that, or you risk damaging the display panel.

  • The adhesive on the short edges of the iPad is about 2 mm wide. Avoid slicing deeper than that.

  • Take especially care when slicing near the home button and charging port to avoid damaging the flex cables.

  • Take extra care when you slice near the front facing camera, to avoid damaging or smearing it.

Consigli per l'adesivo

Rimuovere lo schermo comporta usare un plettro di apertura o uno spudger halberd per separare la parte adesiva che fissa lo schermo alla struttura.

Mentre tagli l’adesivo, segui le note:

L’adesivo sui bordi lunghi dell’iPad è di 4 mm. Evita di scivolare più in fondo, o rischierai di danneggiare il pannello del display.

L’adesivo nei bordi più corti è di 2 mm. Evita di scivolare più in fondo di così.

Fai molta più attenzione quando scorri vicino al tasto home e la porta di ricarica per evitare di danneggiare i cavi flessibili.

Fai ancora più attenzione quando scorri vicino alla fotocamera interna per evitare di danneggiarla o sporcarla.
