[* yellow] Two 2.2 mm along the left I/O boardbottom.

[* red] One 3.1 mm at upper right.
[* orange] One 4.9 mm at upper left.
[* yellow] Two 2.2 mm along the left I/O boardbottom.
[* black] Lift the left I/O board off the ExpressCard cage.
