[title] Reinstalling the printhead and ink
-[* black] After the head dries out completely, put it back in the printer and lock it in. Once you do this, put the ink back in the printer. ***Do not plug the printer in until this step is done in it's entirety. Power before putting the head in will cause it to lose the alignment settings it has stored.***
-[* black] Once you turn the printer back on, it will do a preparation process which you cannot get around. Once this is done, run a print quality test post cleaning. This is the moment you will know if you got around the printhead alignment getting lost or not.
-[* icon_reminder] If you didn't get the head removal right to preserve the alignment, then this printer will complain the ink is used. Ignore this. It sees a printer that has no alignment with used ink, and doesn't like that. You can put used ink in and have it complain or get the $10 cartridges and let it waste those. It works with used ink, but complains a lot.
-[* icon_reminder] If you still have trouble, you probably need to replace the printhead. This part is around $80, so at this point you might as well buy a new printer. You can try more cleanings as a last resort at this point. You can try changing the ink if all else fails.
+[* black] Once the head is wiped dry and has sat long enough to clear the water from the printhead, put the printhead back in the printer. ***Do not plug the printer in until this step is done in it's entirety. Power before putting the head in will cause it to lose the alignment settings it has stored.***
+[* black] Once you turn the printer back on, it will do a non bypassable purge. Once this is done, run a print quality test post cleaning to check if it helped.
+[* icon_reminder] If you didn't get the head removal right to preserve the alignment then the printer will have to realign the printhead and run it as if you installed a new printhead. It will also complain about used ink if you did not buy new ink cartridges too. It will do it with used ink, but it will complain a lot.
