Mr. Coffee DW13 Heating Plate Replacement

This guide will explain how to replace the coffee maker's heating plate.

Before replacing the heating plate, make sure that your machine is unplugged and dry, and that your work space is clean.

Using the Phillips Head #2 screwdriver, remove the two 13 mm screws that secure the silver support bracket. Using the Phillips Head #2 screwdriver, remove the two 13 mm screws that secure the silver support bracket.

Gently lift the silver support bracket to free the heating plate from the heating coil.

Once the crimps are loosened, slide them down the tubing.
