Before you begin, make sure to follow the pressure relief procedure documented in the user manual before powering down the paint sprayer and disconnecting the pump.
Turn off and unplug the sprayer.
Lay the sprayer down horizontally before continuing.

Use a 17 mm socket to loosen the inlet valve pusher assembly.

Remove the inlet valve pusher assembly.
During reassembly, make sure you install grease, the black O-ring, and the white washer to the tip of the assembly.
