TCA Sidestick X Flash and re-install the firmware

Introduzione

Guide on how to re-install the firmware, if it became corrupted and the joystick is not powering on or not being recognized.

This Guide is for Xbox version of the Sidestick!

Cosa ti serve

    • Download and install the drivers from here.

    • Both the Sidestick and the Quadrant are using the same driver.

    Modifica

    • Press on the Windows button and type "Firmware Update" into the search.

    • Unplug your TCA Sidestick from USB

  5. TCA Sidestick X Flash and re-install the firmware, Switch to PC mode: passo 4, immagine 1 di 1

    • Set the switch at the back of the TCA Sidestick to PC mode.

  6. TCA Sidestick X Flash and re-install the firmware, Press and hold the XBOX button: passo 5, immagine 1 di 1

    • Press and hold the XBOX button.

    • Keep holding the XBOX button and connect it to USB port of your computer.

    • Once connected, wait a few seconds and let go of the button

    Modifica

    • Your Sidestick should show up in Firmware Updater.

    • Press OK on the Firmware Updater and wait for update to complete
