Begin by removing the 8 quarter inch phillips head screws found along the back panel

Once all 8 screws have been removed, gently remove the back panel from the rest of the mop's body

Start by removing the two 1/8th inch Phillips head screws with your Phillips head screwdriver.

Gently remove the small plastic piece holding the wires against the plastic midframe of the mop.

Next use your wire cutters to remove the two plastic connectors and replace those wires with your new ones.
