    • Remove the air filter cover.

    • Remove two 5/16 standard nuts under the air cover.

    • Remove the last two bolts pictured with a 5/32 Allen wrench.

    • Note the order you remove the bolts. The top is usually longer than the bottom.

    • Remove old carburetor and install the new one. Remove the throttle cable and reinstall with needle nose pliers. Tighten throttle cable to carb part #16100-Z0Z-034

    • Reassemble and test throttle.
