Introduzione

If you are unable to move the mouse and it is overly sensitive, use this guide to replace your touchpad.

  1. Turn off your laptop before you begin.

  2. Remove the nine 6mm screws circled in the picture using a T5 Torx Screwdriver. Remove the two 10mm screws circled in the picture using the same T5 Torx Screwdriver.

  5. Gently lift the battery up and locate the connector.

  6. Locate the touch pad and remove the two 3 mm screws using a T5 Torx Screwdriver.

  7. Disconnect the touch pad chip from the motherboard.

  8. Disconnect the bronze piece of tape from touch pad and set it off to the side.
