If your Kingston HyperX Cloud II headphone bracket becomes broken due to it having the plastic piece being stepped on, fully extended, or stuck in position, use this guide to repair or replace your bracket.

    • Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to remove the two 11 mm screws from the bracket support.

    • Pull the top bracket off, exposing the inside of the bottom bracket.

    • Take out the two plastic support pieces that are inside the bracket
