Introduzione

The brush roll is an important piece to a vacuum. When it isn't picking up debris from where you're using it, the brush roll isn't spinning. Once you've tried to repair it and it still isn't spinning, it is time to replace it. This vacuum is belt-less which makes fixing the issue much more simple. By switching out the brush roll and replacing it with a new one, the brush roll will be back to spinning.

  1. Using a Phillips 2 screwdriver, remove all 8 of the 10-32 x 1/2" screws from the bottom cover of the vacuum.

  2. Using a Phillips 2 screwdriver, remove the 10-32 x 1/2" screw from the pedal to make room for the removal around the wheel.

    • Use a Phillips 2 screwdriver to push the red snap in before removing the bottom cover.

    • Remove the bottom cover by pulling the cover up and around the wheels.

    • Lift the brush roll out of the vacuum by pulling it up.

    • Remove the positive motor terminal that is located on the upper right corner of the brush roll.

    • Remove the negative motor terminal that is located on the bottom right corner of the brush roll.

    • Remove the brush roll completely by pulling it out.
