I’ve been doing this for multiple days/nights after a tea spill that made 5 keys sticky. I have used isopropyl alcohol with q tips. Blowing into the switches afterword helps also. For me though, this works for a while until the keys dry and become sticky again. I don’t really know what else to do. Anybody got any tips/fixes?

Try some circuit board cleaner. No guarantees but that might fix it. They usually come with a nozzle so you can really blast it in there as well. If that doesn’t work you’re probably pulling your keyboard apart and replacing the switch.
