Replace with a new bulb.
My CRV (2010) has a metal clip holding the bulb, you need to push it in (on the curved square tab part) towards the front of the car and lift up. then push back in and then down to clip it back in place.

Haven’t done the repair yet BUT These instructions look very clear and concise with good illustrations. I detest having to go to U tube instructions!!
I don’t happen to have a computer screen with me when I work on my car.
2011 drivers side if you need more room you can release the fuse box from where it is attached to the metal bracket and move it somewhat out of the way. Took less than 15 minutes start to finish. Hope that helps. A YouTube video titled for bulb replacement showed removing bumper to free up headlight assembly to get at the bulbs. Overkill for the bulb but great video for replacement assembly.
