Hi Carlos,

Before removing the cover I need to remove the PUSH LEVER.

Please forward instructions on HOW TO REMOVE THE PUSH LEVER.

Thank you.

I Disassembled, cleaned and put it back together.  However the purpose of the exercise was to fix the browning feature or timing issue.  the little plastic bit that goes from the browning turn knob does not function.  So the push knob does not stay down.  This results in having to hold the push knob down till the toast is done to my satisfaction.  The little plastic bit does not connect properly to the PCB or whatever else it is connected to, and so the push knob on the side of the toaster does not stay down.. To slide down the toast, the lever does not go down completely, leaving the top of bread exposed. Is there a way to adjust the depth the toast goes down? If so, could you send me instructions. Thank you
